Welcome to Orchid Helm. By accessing our website or engaging our bespoke floral and interior styling services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to maintain the highest level of service and mutual respect expected in the luxury yachting industry.

1. Scope of Services

Orchid Helm provides premium floral arrangements, superyacht interior styling, and event decor specifically tailored for the maritime environment. All services are subject to a formal consultation and written project confirmation.

2. Bespoke Orders and Commissions

Each floral arrangement is unique and created using seasonal, high-quality blooms. While we strive to match specific requests, floral availability is subject to seasonal changes and market conditions in Singapore and international ports of call. Orchid Helm reserves the right to substitute blooms of equal or higher value to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the design.

3. Yacht Installations and Logistics

Access to the vessel must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance. It is the responsibility of the client or the yacht's management to ensure that Orchid Helm staff have necessary security clearances and dockside access. We are not responsible for delays caused by port security or vessel unavailability.

4. Payment and Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure services for private events and high-value installations. For recurring yacht accounts, billing is processed on a net-15 basis unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations within 72 hours of delivery will incur a 100% service fee due to the perishable nature of our materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, and photographic documentation of our work remain the intellectual property of Orchid Helm. Clients are permitted to use photographs of arrangements for personal social media, provided credit is given to @orchidhelm.sg.

6. Limitation of Liability

Orchid Helm is not liable for any damage to vessel interiors resulting from improper handling of arrangements by yacht crew after installation. We provide specific care instructions for all maritime installations to ensure longevity and safety.
